The Preparation Plant Calculator is ready for beta testing. The program can be used stand-alone or as a module of CoalVal. For it to be used with CoalVal, version 2.4.1 of CoalVal must be used. Remember to run (without CoalVal) the Preparation Plant Calculator after installing it or CoalVal will not be able to use it. When run in the stand-alone mode, the Preparation Plant Calculator can use CoalVal's Cost Indexing System (CIS) for calculating prep plant costs. But remember that if you have installed version 2.4.1 of CoalVal, CoalVal must be run once for the Preparation Plant Calculator to use CoalVal's CIS.
